This course is for someone who wants to grow personally and professionally. We work on foundational pillars and finding balance in our mind, body and soul.

2) Self study with on-demand training and no coaching 

3) Self study with on demand training and a 1 hour coaching call with each Coach

This book, along with this course advocates personal freedom from beliefs and agreements that we have made with others and ourselves that could be creating limitations and unhappiness in our lives.

Miguel Ruiz believes people in today’s society live an in authentic life and need to get back to these four basic agreements. By keeping things simple and adhering to basic principles, this book may help each individual find his or her truth. This is a simple but powerful code of conduct for attaining personal freedom and true happiness.
